At that time my creative work was dark and abstract, but the further I came out of my depression, the more colorful works emerged from my brush. I am now incredibly grateful that I can create from a cheerful and happy heart and inspire people!

I've always thought my creative practice was pure intuition and a representation of my mental health (and it still is), but now after 15 years of painting I've found the words to describe my techniques to help you in your creative practice and give you the confidence to start translating your feelings onto canvas (or paper, or sketchbooks, you do you!)
